Use of PatternPilot
PatternPilot is designed to help users build, organize, and follow knitting patterns and track knitting progress.
You are responsible for the information you enter into PatternPilot and for how you use the app.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to other users’ information, or use PatternPilot for unlawful purposes.
Accounts
Some PatternPilot features may require an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity associated with your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid access to PatternPilot may be offered through the Apple App Store.
Subscription pricing, renewal terms, billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies when the subscription is purchased through the App Store.
Access to certain web features may depend on an active PatternPilot subscription linked to your account.
Your Content
You retain ownership of knitting patterns, project information, notes, and other content that you enter into PatternPilot.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter, upload, or use any content you provide.
PatternPilot does not claim ownership of your original pattern or project content.
Intellectual Property
PatternPilot, including its name, branding, software, interface, design, and original content, is owned by PatternPilot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of PatternPilot or its underlying software.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of PatternPilot from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.
Knitting Information
PatternPilot is a tool for organizing and following knitting instructions. Users remain responsible for reviewing their patterns, materials, measurements, stitch counts, and knitting decisions.
PatternPilot does not guarantee that every entered pattern or instruction is free from errors.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PatternPilot if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service, other users, or PatternPilot.
You may stop using PatternPilot at any time.
Disclaimer
PatternPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every knitting project.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PatternPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
